I have one appointment with a star next to it in my Appointments screen in MPE. What does the star represent?

A broader question would be Where can I find an MPE "User Guide" with a description of each of the screens?

The "star" is the symbol for a new-unsynced item. It exists only in MyPhoneExplorer and not in phone. after the next sync the star should disappear.
