I try to use Myphone in Windows vista, and the installation was ok. But when using the software, it will not find any 'com' access.
Is there something special to do or do I have to wait for a future update of the software.

I'm using a W850i and that work fine under windows XP

Known issue. Just type in the port manually in the settingswindow. f.e. COM4, press OK and it will work - since i have no Vista on PC i cannot reproduce it.

I try to send an SMS by the computer, but that doesn't work depending on the size of the text. It is ok if the remaining character is 30 but that doens't work when the remaining characters is 40

The answer is that the soft desn't achieve to connect to the phone.

Is there a tip for that ?

You have set the wrong COM-Port
- connect your phone to the cable
- start MyPhoneExplorer
- post the first ten lines of the logfile

despite having checked the create log box in the option menu it do not create anything or update the initial file when I turn on the software

Then look in the device-manager at "Modems" - there should be 2 devices listed. Click on "Properties" and you'll see the right COM-Port

Yes I have WMC data modem pon Com3 and WMC modem on Com4, which is the good one ?
