[Impossible] Remove "locked" applications from &qu

From MPE interface, in the "Files / Applications" tab, seems I can remove an application from the list (ie, from my phone), using right click/delete option, OK...
Question : can I remove from my "non-rooted" phone (X10 mini pro) some default installed applications that cannot be deleted from it (ie, application installed by my local Provider, that I normally cannot remove without "root" my phone: like "Peggle" or "Roller Coaster" or "CA Gold Rush" or even "Facebook" (!))
Possible (*) ? What is the impact ? ...
(*) of course, it may be forbidden directly by phone (like try to "open" some files from "Files/Phone memory" tab), receiving the "delete" order from MPE, but, I'm not confident trying such delete action before having some possible explanations from "forumers" side
...
