I using Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit .
If I set my non-unicode language to English(US) . All works well .
But when I change non-uncode language to Chinse(PRC) .
The problem will come out .
If I send a message include symbol < ? > . It will become < " > after sent out to others .
Any solution to solve this please ?

The problem is known and sadly not fixable. The problem appears as soon the PC runs in DBCS-Mode

So sad to hear that .
Actually why non fixable ?
What is the problem actually ?
Anything can I help on this?

This is very internal. I tried it for 2 days and everytime when one problem was fixed another appeared
