Am Anfang hatte die Syncronisation der Telefonkontakte super funktioniert, ich konnte diese zwischen MPE und dem Handy hin- und her schieben, editieren, einfach alles.
Ich habe auch ein Backup meiner Kontakte angelegt, einwandfrei.

Vor ein, zwei Wochen hatte ich das Problem, dass MPE beim Syncronisieren immer meldete, dass keine Telefonkontakte im Handy vorhanden seien (obwohl die Kontakte im Telefon nach wie vor vorhanden waren) und mich gefragt hatte, ob eine Syncronisation erfolgen soll. Wenn ich diese bestätigt hatte, erfolgte das Hochladen der Kontakte in das Handy. Soweit so gut. Etwas später bin ich alleridngs darauf gekommen, was da genau passiert war:
Beim Auswahl eines Kontaktes aus der SMS-App weg wurden mir die Kontakte plötzlich drei- und vierfach angezeigt (aber nur beim SMS-Schreiben).
Unter den Apps Telefon & Kontakte wurden mir im Handy nach wie vor die Kontakte normal (also einfach vorhanden) angezeigt. Beim Versuch, die Kontakte vom Handy auf MPE herunterzuladen (um im MPE die doppelten Kontakte zu löschen), wurden im MPE die Kontakte immer normal (=einfach vorhanden) angezeigt.

Huh?? Dann habe ich einfach mal alle Kontakte im Handy gelöscht und mit Hilfe des Backups neu ins Handy geladen. Jetzt werden die Kontakte alle wieder normal (also einfach) angezeigt und zwar in allen Apps, also auch beim SMS-Schreiben.

Jetzt findet MPE aber gar keine Kontakte mehr im Handy, d.h. die Liste im Programm bleibt leer.
Daraufhin habe ich mal das Programm deinstalliert und neu installiert (vorher die Daten an einen anderen Speicherort gelegt). Das Problem besteht nach wie vor, MPE findet im Handy keine Telefonkontakte mehr.

Was kann ich noch tun? Meine erste Idee war, dass aus irgendeinem Grund die Kontakte im Handy sozusagen an einem anderen Speicherort abgelegt werden und MPE sie daher nicht mehr findet. Aber ich finde keine Einstellung dazu? Das Komische ist ja, dass ich die Kontakte aus dem Backup immer noch in das Handy hochladen kann, MPE sie anschließend aber trotzdem nicht im Handy findet.
In den Einstellungen von MPE ist festgelegt, dass die Kontakte über "Nur MyPhoneExplorer" syncronisiert werden sollen (da ich sie weder in Outlook, noch in Google drin habe oder das möchte) - an dieser Einstellung habe ich meines Wissens nach auch nichts geändert.

Das Handy ist ein ZTE Blade mit Android 2.1.

Ich habe am Handy den Client downgeloadet und erfolgreich installiert ("Applikation wurde ersetzt"). Anschließend das Handy zur Sicherheit neu gestartet.

Das Problem besteht jedoch leider nach wie vor, der MPE lädt die Kontakte nicht aus dem Handy herunter.

OK, dann poste die Logdatei nachdem du versucht hast die Kontakte runter zu laden (zweiter Button in der Toolbar)

Schau mal in den Einstellungen des Clients welche Kontakt-Konten für den Sync ausgewählt sind

Im Client ist unter "Zu syncronisierende Kontaktkonten" die erste Auswahlmöglichkeit (=Telefon) eingestellt.

Google (mein Google-Account) und Geschäftlich (meine normale Mailadresse) sind deaktiviert.

Im Client habe ich noch nie etwas verändert.

Deaktiviere den Sync zu Outlook, erstelle einen neuen Kontakt in MyPhoneExplorer, synchronisiere mit dem Telefon und stell dann die Logdatei nochmal rein.

Ich bin mir jetzt nicht sicher, was du mit "Deaktiviere den Sync zu Outlook" meinst. Derzeit sehen meine Einstellungen im MPE unter "Syncronisierung" so aus:

Kontakte: Nur MyPhoneExplorer
Kalender: Outlook 2003
(angehakt) Handy während der Syncronisation stummschalten
Syncronisierungsprotokoll: IrMC-Sync

Ich habe jetzt die Kalender-Syncronisation auf "Nur MyPhoneExplorer" umgestellt. Oder hast du eine andere Einstellung gemeint?
Der Multi-Sync wird übrigens bei mir ausschließlich manuell durchgeführt, daher habe ich in diesen Einstellungen jetzt nichts geändert.

Anschließend habe ich getan, was du gesagt hast: einen Kontakt in MPE erstellt, das Handy an das Kabel angesteckt und syncronisiert (erster Button in der Toolbar). Es kam folgende Meldung von MPE: "Auf dem Handy befinden sich keine Adressen! Sollen die Adressen im Programm auf das Handy übertragen werden?"
Diese Frage habe ich mit nein beantwortet, es war mir zu riskant, das leere Telefonbuch im MPE auf das Handy hochzuladen. Anschließend habe ich die Logdatei kopiert.

Nachtrag: Nach dem Abstöpseln des Handys habe ich in das Telefonbuch geschaut und festgestellt, dass der neu angelegte Kontakt auch in das Telefon übertragen wurde (obwohl ich die oben genannte Abfrage mit Nein beantwortet hatte?!).

Bei Anlegen eines neuen Kontakts erscheint ein Fenster mit dem Text "Neuen Kontakt unter Konto erstellen" und ich habe folgende vier Auswahlmöglichkeiten:

Telefon (lokal)
SIM-Karte
Google
Mail (geschäftlich)

Dann habe ich mich mit einem weiteren Menüpunkt des Telefons (Anzeigeoptionen) gespielt und kann dort Folgendes auswählen:

- Nur Kontakte mit Telefon (Hakerl / kein Hakerl)

- Google
a) System Group: My Contacts
b) System Group: Friends
c) System Group: Family
d) System Group: Coworkers
e) Starred in Android
f) alle weiteren Kontakte

- Mail (geschäftlich)
a) alle Kontakte

Im nächsten Schritt habe ich durch Abwählen aller Hakerl in den Menüpunkten Google und Mail (geschäftlich) herausgefunden, dass die Kontakte scheinbar doch unter Google abgelegt sind und zwar unter f) alle weiteren Kontakte.

Was mir noch weiters aufgefallen ist: Vor einiger Zeit habe ich als Backup meine Kontakte mal auf die SD-Karte exportiert. Jetzt habe ich versucht, diese Kontakte von der SD-Karte wieder zum Telefon re-importieren, jedoch kann ich nur zwischen zwei Konten (Google und geschäftliche Mail) auswählen. Es gibt scheinbar keine Möglichkeit, von der SD-Karte auf das lokale Telefon zu übertragen?

Was kann ich jetzt machen, um die Kontakte vom Google-Konto zu entfernen und im lokalen Telefonbuch abzulegen?

Nein, das ist nicht sinnvoll. Ich muss beim Client was anpassen.
- bei den Einstellungen des Clients DEAKTIVIERST du alle Konten (dadurch werden wieder alle Konten - ohne Filter - ausgelesen)
- in MyPhoneExplorer drückst du "Vom Handy neu laden" das ist der zweite Button in der Toolbar
- dann legst du einen neuen Kontakt im Handy an (Telefon - lokal)
- dann nochmal synchronisieren und wieder Logdatei posten

Alles so gemacht, wie du gesagt hast. Jetzt zeigt MPE wieder alle Kontakte an und auch der (im Telefon vorher angelegte) neue Kontakt ist dabei.

Ist das Problem damit gelöst oder muss ich noch etwas machen, damit es dauerhaft funktioniert?

Anschließend im MPE die Kontakte nochmals vom Handy neu geladen. Der neu erstellte Kontakt ist nicht in der Liste dabei. Verständlich, denn der Client-Filter wurde ja nur auf Google gesetzt.

Ich glaube, damit ist das Problem eingekreist. Die Frage ist wohl dann nur mehr, wie ich die Google-Kontakte hin zu lokalen Telefonkontakten verschiebe, da ich kein Interesse habe, die Kontakte auf Google abzulegen.

Das Handy verschiebt also neue Kontakte gleich zu Google und deshalb fehlen Sie dann in myPhoneExplorer - naja ein sehr spezielles Verhalten. Was ich nicht verstehe - viele nutzen das ZTE Blade in Verbindung mit MyPhoneExplorer, aber anscheined hat keiner dein problem. Ists vielleicht nur eine Einstellung im Handy die diesen Spuzk auslöst ?

Gute Frage. Wenn ich einmal darauf komme, werde ich die Lösung hier natürlich posten. Vielleicht nach einem Werkreset oder so?

Momentan muss ich mit dieser Situation leben, es hilft eh nix.

Ich habe auch ein ZTE Blade mit Froyo und genau das gleiche Problem. Am Anfang klappte die Synchronisation einwandfrei und nun zeigt mir MPE keine Kontakte mehr an. Ich verwende bereits den Beta-Client.

Wie beschrieben scheint es daran zu liegen, dass die Kontakte, warum auch immer, nicht als Telefon- sondern als Googlekontakte angelegt worden sind.

Sobald ich den Filter im Client deaktiviere, zeigt mir MPE auch wieder alle Kontakte an.

Im Unterscheid zu Gorbag bekomme ich aber beim Anlegen eines neuen Kontakts kein Auswahlmenu, sondern es wird automatisch ein Googlekontakt angelegt.

Ob wir das wohl in den Griff bekommen?
