only 40 of my contacts are showing up

I have 273 contacts and 250 numbers on my sim card. MyPhoneExplorer on shows me about 40 contacts from my phone but it will show me all the sim card numbers. what am I doing wrong I have w600i

yeah I hit the green button a bunch of times.
I installed the VB 6 software on there and rebooted my comp. then it worked fine. I had an older version of VB
