MyPhoneExplorer can't start with MS Visual Studio

When I installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition
MyPhoneExplorer stopped working.
It was starting, initializing connection with phone, an icon in taskbar appeared and then.. disappeared. Without any error message. Just turned off.
After Uninstalling Visual Studio 2008 from computer - MyPhoneExplorer working fine.
