Some suggestions

I just love the program!
It must be frustrating when making such a brilliant program, that users all the time want improvements...but I guess that makes the program even better.
So I also have some suggestions:
- I would have been nice to have the field Additional in the Edit appointmen screen enlarged.
- When I'm not around when the phone rings I would like to be notitied when I come back that I lost a call (perhaps by a balloon?).
