Thought I share the positive experience with above phone and MyPhoneExplorer. After getting really pissed about the T-Mobile, Google etc strategy not to sync with Outlook this program came as the rescue. So far I had no issues at all synchronizing Outlook 2007 calendar and contacts. Will try Outlook 2010 after the holidays.
Only hickup at first was that I didn't have USB debugging enabled under Settings/Applications/Development. And some entries in MPE's calendar are off by a day for whatever reason. However, Outlook and the phone show the correct dates.
