Outlook Calendar EVENTS are GMT+2!

Man, this is a great piece of software! It keeps me from "bearing all" to the Google Global Data Bank! I'm just not quite ready to participate in that...
Only issue I am having is when events sync from Outlook (2003). They sync to MPE as one hour appointments at 16:00 one day earlier. It appears MPE is converting my time GMT-6 to GMT+2. Any fix (or setting I'm missing) for world time zones?
Everything seems to correctly sync to my phone. Problem is only in MPE. Solves my problem of being able to sync to my phone - too bad MPE doesn't track time zones on events.
