to answer your questions in this forum, please attach following infos:
- Model of your phone (i.e. K700, K750i, T630, W800i, etc.)
- Type of connection (i.e. USB, serial, Infrared or Bluetooth)
- MPE-version (i.e. MPE 1.3.3)
- Windows version (i.e. WinXP-SP2, XP MediaCenter Edition, Win2000, etc.)
and at last in some cases it would help if you post your
- firmware version
In most cases this would make it easier for us to give you support and would solve unnecessary questions back to you.
If you've connection problems it would be helpful if you'll post the first ten lines of your logfile (debug.txt).
You'll find the logfile in the folder of your MPE-installation (i.e. C:\Programs\MyPhoneExplorer\debug.txt).
New: Since version 1.6.0 you can open your logfile under "File > Settings > Show logfile"
