Address Book out of Sync

I have a Samsung Captivate and Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 64-bit PC. I was able to do an initial sync of my contacts without problem. However, when I attempted to do a second sync, MyPhoneExplorer got confused.

After the first sync I added about 10 new contacts on my phone and now I want to sync them back to Outlook. However, when I executed the MyPhoneExplorer sync process, the results came back jumbled. The first 10 items on the sync list were the new phone numbers, and they were OK so I clicked the radio button indicating that I wanted to save the contact on my PC. But after those first 10 new items the sync list got out of sync, and MyPhoneExplorer began asking me to make decisions about two contacts that were not the same! The contact info that was shown on the PC was compared to the info of the NEXT contact on the phone. This continued through my entire contact list, each entry one entry off. I had to abort the sync for fear of screwing up my entire contact list.

I tried it two more times with the same result. Any suggestions?

Disable the automatic sync to Google to ensure that its not Google which changes the synced data on phone. Then press "Download entire" to verify which contacts MPE is "able to see" on the phone. Then do a sync again and take care to abort the sync if needed.

I have an HTC Desire, Android 2.2 and Outlook 2010 (32bit) on a Windows 7 64-bit PC.
When syncing the following happens:
1. Some Outlook phone fields have comparables in Android People, but don't get transfered/synced: "Pager", "Company" (Android has "Company Main"), "Home Fax".
2. "Business 2" and some other Outlook fields don't have comparables in Android.

Therefore - questions:
1. Any settings to change to get the matching phone fields to sync?
2. Any way to map non-matching Outlook phone fields to, let's say, "Other" in Android

Another questions/thought.
It seems that Android Phone allows for several numbers under each predefined field: one can enter several "Mobile" or "Work" numbers, etc.
Any way to use this functionality while syncing through MyPhoneExplorer?

1) No
2) No
3) Will maybe possible in future. but only in the GUI of MyPhoneExplorer, not for Outlook-Sync

That's a shame. I'll have to resort to other solutions for contact sync then...
