Hi,

I discovered this beautifull software and use it in two environments.
- for my wife (Android 2.1 on Galaxy TEOS ans Thunderbird / Win XP SP2)
- for me (Android 2.1 on Galaxy S and Outlook 2007 / Win XP SP3)

For me, no problems ... it works perfectly except ... the concact Name/Formane order which is inverted.

For my Wife an additional problem : impossible to use multisync. The addressbook works well, but after agenda initalisation i obtain a message
in french : "impossible de charger les données Thunderbird", translated : impossible to load Thunderbird Data.
When i synchronize separately addressbook or agenda, it works well, even after the error message !!!

Because my wife is not "aware", i would like to simplify her procedure and use the automatic connection and synchronization when the android is connected.

Any idea ?

Where it is inverted ? In Phone, in MyPhoneExplorer, in Thunderbird ?

cause the problem on MultiSync -> please post the logfile after the error message

for example , I enter contact name in thunderbird as :

name : xxxx
formane : yyyy

When i sync using parameter : name,formane, the phone displays and order the conotact as yyyy,xxxx (inverted)

If i sync using parameters : forname,name, the phone displays and order the contact as xxxx,yyyy

Therefore, i think name and forname are inverted in the phone agent .

About the log, i only found a html sync log, and no text connexion log as i can see in other posts. Where is this log (on the PC ?, on the phone ?)

Sorry, i just found the file ....

The agenda to sync is big (2700 events, 500K)
may a size or timeout issue ...

Where did you select this ?

Cause calendar: You can increase the timeout in the settings, Thunderbird should be started manually before sync
