Problem with Organizer Sync

Hi!
First of all - thank you very mush for the program - it's great!
And now about my problem:
1) I add a new event in organizer and try to start syncronization - it fails (can't contact the phone)
2) I edit birthdate in contacts and try to start sync - with the same result
