I have turned on the sync between my C905's Notes and my computer's StickyNotes on Windows7. What happens is that I have turned off the check mark that confirms each time a note is added or deleted. But still MPE shows a window confirming me the additions/deletions found in sync.

I think that checkbox in the options window is not working. Can you check.
