Samsung Intercept is working on Android (2.1), so MyPhoneExplorer should support it.
If it's not in the list of supported phones, the reason maybe is caused by nobody tested it yet.
So: Please test it an let us know.

P.S.: Please note that in case of USB connection you need a USB- or ADB driver.
You will also need the mpeclient from android market and to enable USB-Debugging in your phone settings.
