MPE won't start

I've just installed MPE, and it run fine first time. It synced OK with my SE 902 Bond edition.
I use Office 2010 and after I started the sync I just got an error msg about not being able to start Outlook or something.
I've enabled MPE plugin in Outlook (it was inactive).
Same error after that so I closed both applications and restarted my computer.
Now I can't run MPE anymore, it just gives me error 339, something about SPort.dll not being registered.
And the most irritating thing, I can't uninstall from Control Panel so I can try and reinstall the application.
What to do next?
