I'm in pacific time (-8) and for some reason all my messages in the inbox are always 5 hours behind

How can I resolve this

I am using a K800 and newest software

Incoming sms is always off

MyPhoneExplorer displays the timestamp in your local timezone if possible and if the timestamp had a valid GMT-Offset. Are PC and phone in the same timezone ? Please doubleclick a message, click on >> and post the PDU-Code here

Yes the time zone on the phone and the computer are the same offest

Sent times are correct

Your service-center did send the messages with GMT-3, this is the reason for the diffrence. You can check it also yourself with the tool "PDUSpy"

when in a Chat session the message timestamps seem to be ok
the timestamps in the corresponding inbox window are not.
Really odd.

So what would be the remedy for this situation

Setup another Service center address of your provider has a alternative one
