Sync over diffirent IP adresses?

This is my home lan setup:



In this setup MPE wont find my phone, vice versa.

Is there a way to set a specific IP adress/URL for MPE to scan?

My phone always gets the same IP (due to settings in my router) and i could use DynDNS on my router itself.

I also dont want to plug in my computer in the router because of its speed limits, 100 to 10 mbps.
