Sync with Outlook 2007

When I sync with Outlook 2007 I get a list of entries I am asked to either leave on the phone or delete. This list is really long. How do I set the software to ignore all previou entries and just sync new ones
Your help would be appreciated

you could move the timerange more days in past, or you work without time-range

Cannot snyc Outlook 2007 contacts...or download phone contacts. Get this error on phone:
The application MyPhoneExplorer Client (process com.fjsoft.myphoneexplorer.client) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Force close Report
Using USB and Wi-Fi connection give same results.

Which version of the client you have installed ?

Installed client version 1.0.4 on phone
Installed version on PC is 1.8.0
Phone is HTC EVO
Windows 7 on PC

Update the client on phone throught the app-Market
