From Last 1 week whenever I try to delete sms from phone using myphoneexplorer , it deletes them, but when I hit F5 , They come back. (inbox and sent Items)

If I set the memory card for SMS storage, then myphoneexplorer says that it can't be set to phone memory ? why ?

well I noticed that if I hit F5 again then myphoneexplorer gives errors that this sms can't be deleted (for each sms) then if I hit F5 again then everything goes fine,

Its not a bug (or better: its not a bug in MPE). The phone needs longer to delete the messages as displayed so please wait some moments after deleting

well I figured it out, just deleted the "c:\users\application data\myphone explorer" folder

is it possible to set the storage to Memory card ? co'z MPE doesn't access memory card sms'

This is bullshit. It workjed only cause you needed some time for deleting and restarting. Wait some moments after deleting the messages on phone and then refresh the folders
