Switching from HTCSync to MyPhoneExplorer

Hi.
I'm new to both Android and to MyPhoneExplorer.
When I connect the phone via USB it automatically searches for HTCSync on my computer.
Is there a way to prevent this now when I'm using MyPhoneExplorer?
Thanks in advanced. /Totte
Ps. I'm using HTC Wildfire.

If you select autoconnect in the settings of MyPhoneExplorer that message should disappear from the phone.
Another way:
You can enable USB-Debugging in your phone and then, when connecting your USB-cable, you can select "Load only" or "Harddisk".
In these mode the mpeclient will work also and you don't get that message on your phone.
best regards...
P.S.: be sure HTC-Sync and MyPhoneExplorer are not running at same time.
For this, remove HTC-Sync from autostart on your PC.

Ah that was useful! What I didn't realise was that even though USB debugging was enabled in HTC Sync mode it was switched off for disk drive mode. I therefore enabled disk drive mode and THEN set the option to enable USB debugging. Now I don't get the HTC Sync cannot be found error. Great!
