Hi, Firstly, thanks for this great software! However, I am having issues downloading my sms' from my phone. When I click download entire, the progress bar shows that 1608 messages (The number currently in my inbox) are being downloaded, yet when it's finished, it says the inbox is empty.

Any help as to why this is happening would be appreciated.
