Can you allow a user-defined format for phone numbers sync'd from Outlook? Right now my Outlook phone book is clean and neat, with numbers that are formatted like this +1(630)555-1212.

After syncing, "extraneous" characters are removed, and the numbers look like this: +16305551212

The main reason for this is readability.

Maybe it's just an American thing, but I also would appreciate being able to retain parentheses or hyphens in the phone number area code after syncing. Thank you for this program. HTC sync is a nightmare.
