outlook 2007 sync problem: not able to retrieve folder list

Hi there,
using z600, Outlook 2007 @ WIndows7 64 bit.
When trying to set up sync, for 'Contacts' I get the message "Cannot retrieve list of folders"; for 'Sync events' and 'Sync tasks' I get the "This action cannot be completed because the other application is busy" message.
I suspect it could be some outlook permission problems?
