the call is not heard or connected through the pc

hello
i use k750i and i connected my phone with data cable and when i dial a call through pc using Myphoneexplorer the call is getting connected in the phone, but i cant hear any ringing sound in the speakers connected to the pc. can we speak or hear using mic nd speaker connected to the pc with out touching the phone?
