how do i delete old apponitments or changed appointments? its only copying and not overwriting.

Everytime i sync im simply adding the whole calender one more time.. i now have all appointments 5 times!!

I'm sure you are using the first release of the client. Please ensure that your MyphoneExplorer Client on the phone has at least version 1.0.3 . You can update the app on Market

I updatet the clint on my phona as you told me to..

but still have the same problems... It just adding another bunch of the same appointment to the phone...

can you give me an easy setup?

i want to:

export my outlook calender to myphone. And when i either change or delete or add an appointment i want the calender on my phone to be exact the same.. i dont need to sync the from phone to pc.
as it is now i have the outlook calender 6 times on myphone calender..

Please follow this steps:
- disable the sync to Outlook, if selected in MPE
- download the entire calendar from phone to myphoneExplorer (second button in Toolbar)
- delete a appointment in MPE
- sync the organizer to your phone
- post the logfile here (Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile)

When im downloading the calender from phone then MPE clear the calender on the screen... so i cant delete any appointments in MPE..

argh. perhaps i should drop the whole thing.. im sure its me who hasnt used the right setup..

The behavior you describe matches exactly to the first released client. Please open the client on the phone and verify which version you are using

1.0.3 is the client on the phone

perhaps i should uninstall the whole thing and start over again?
do you have any idea to how i resets the calender on phone?

No, i don't think this is the problem. Please post the logfile of MPE after you downloaded the calendar.

And until this bug exists you do only "Download entire" - no other actions with calendar

I deleted everything related to sync on the phone and pc.. then i installed MPE og them both, reset the calender (clear data)

anf now i all works great. the only thing i could use is:

in outlook i have appointments which repeats its self every month.. an sometimes i have to move one of the dates to another date. and i only move the one specifik date.. note the whole root of the appointment.... But i Phone calender it doesnt move as i did in outlook. EX: if original appontment was tuesday an i move it to monday next week its still showing as tuesday in the phone!!

There is no fix planed, and in this forum exists already a big discussion with the reasons, pros and contras of this "issue"
