Yes can send text's but it seems only one or two then drop's out at the moment I can only send one and it drops out.


Just looked under com port's it is on 30 29 and 27 the modem is on com 28
I disabled them unpluged phone and then pluged it back in and sent a text it came up failed but I know text went out as it was to my other phone ?

You should NOT disable the Ports, you should try to disable the other drivers if there are some of the phone in devicemanager (Ethernet, portable device,...)

I can not find any other port's to do with Phone as it does not tell you what every thing is only the 4 main com port's to do with the phone I have to many things linked into PC .
I did try the bluetooth link and that does the same drops out ?

Hi yes that was the first one I down loaded it did not work so well I could not get phone book from phone only sim . Also could not get to any of my files or back up.
one of the postings you said to put latter one on .
It worked at first for abaout 3 hour's it was like 3 months of problems where over but then it started playing up again

I am a littlebit confused. Whats the main-problem: Contactsync or SMS-Sending ?

sync full stop does not matter what I am trying to do the phone drops out and can not be seen .Have to unplug phone and plug it back in again .
I was useing the text's to give you a time scale time it takes to get a text from the phone and send a reply it has dropped out

could not sync down loaded one text and sent one it went out but showed as fail on screen and phone dropped out

You are not using the latest beta. Update to the newest beta -> this could fix your sync-problems.

SMS-Download seemed OK
SMS-Sending failed: Do you think the phone needs more than 30 seconds for sending ? How long does it take usually ? Try again to send a SMS with COM28 and send me the logfile again

pluged phone in got text from phone 20 seconds sent reply green lines got halfway along box and stopped then 30 seconds fail came up but text was sent ?

You did not install the latest beta
You did not set the Port to COM28

Again - you did not zip the logfile.

it is telling me com 28 is in use by some thing else ?
can you tell me where I can find the latest beta ? as I thought I had latest.
as I said in e mail I would not have a clue on how to zip up a file !! sorry

If it tells you that COM28 is used by another process then find the process and kill him in taskmanager.

To zip a file: Rightclick->Send to->Zipped folder
