When I clicked on "Browse local files" icon on MPE toolbar, I received a messge: "The path 'C:\DOCUME~1\mpk\Application Data\MyPhoneExplorer\Sony Ericsson W810 {some number here}\Cache' does not exist"
I checked there, there were some .dat files, but "Cache" folder did not exist.
I added it myself, but I dont have a cable now to test it again.
I don't remember changing anything, "C:\DOCUME~1\mpk\Application Data" is still Database location in Settings.

It seems that its not possible for MyPhoneExplorer to create the cache-folder. Could this be restricted with userpermissions ? Can you manually create the folder ?

I replicated a phone structure myself, i.e. I added ...\Cache\Memory Stick\DCIM\100MSDCF in the cache folder.
Now it works fine. I don't think it is a permission problem, because this is Windows XP, it doesn't have folder level security.
