The eBay-link was changed on 20. October - and its now much more harmless and transparent. NOD32 does think again that there is something dangerous in it. I will not play hide and seek with NOD32. If you want to use MyPhoneExplorer then make an exception for the Setup - i will not remove the eBay-Promotion.

One more question, is your eBay-Promotion selectible or should we have to install MyPhoneExplorer with it?

Its optional. You can uncheck the eBay-Links during installation.

4592 (20091110) - still alerts, i did install it but you should msg Ebay about it. You know - when people see alerts they usaly change application, and your is one of my favorite one. Great job! but still - its not nod fault, its ebay! hope ebay bar give you alot of money ;P cuz its only reason why you wana it in installation. and they pay for install it or use it in installation? cuz when you say "uncheck and dont install" you got against yourself.

MPE is a great application. I donated and made all my friends donate at least 1 €. Still, it is annoying to get the Virus message all the time. I installed the version because I know its just the ebay add, but maybe others are not so sure about it. I know its hard to fight with the guys from ESET, but I think that together with the guys from ebay, You can find a solution.
I hope we get a "clean" version with 1.7.5.

Same problem with Microsoft Essential Security in the file icon1025.exe

The program says TrojanClicker:Win32/Yabector.B

I was so happy when I saw the new version of MPE posted but my antivirus (Norton Internet Security) reported it as some virus and quarantined it...

Its also a false-alert. Make a exception for the Setup in Norton or disable Norton while downloading and installing

I got today answer from Norton - they will remove the alert. Please update Norton

Thanks FJ for the support. Even i had submitted a false positive report on the Norton website. It seems it would take them a while to correct this. The AV is still blocking the download.
I'll keep trying though!

This is still an issue, got this alert today
It's two months since I downloaded it but I haven't been alerted before, MS has probably updated there database recently.
