Hmm - the files are complete. Please register every file via regsvr32.exe manually. I still have no idea why the setup has not permissions (copying and also executing) in system32

Ok... finally resolved, prepare for the truth:

Kaspersky Internet Security 2009

With Kaspersky closed, installer worked without problems and the app too.

Then, this is a fault from Kaspersky but it will be ok if you put a message on the website explaining this as a know problem.

Thank you so much for all your help and i'm very sorry about this, it's my fault for don't try this possibility.

Also the program is simply amazing, congratulations and thank you SO MUCH.

Very thanks for this tipp - i also did not realize that it could be an AV-program.
