Hi,
DLM hat geschrieben:Mine only has "allocate calendars" and when I click it, that does nothing but rearrange the order of the calendars.

This is the problem :?
I think/hope that you not correctly to "allocate calendars" button do
Normally it should be after a click on "allocate calendars" (blue) instead of "allocate calendars" => "allocation" (black) appear

Best regards

So, any idea what the solution is/should be? Am I running an outdated version that this option isn't available? I can easily uninstall & reinstall it. (thankfully, very easy program to work with for setting it up!)

Even with the screen shot in German it led me to the place where the association is made between an Outlook calendar and a phone calendar. My issue was not syncing two PCs to one phone.

I sync one PC with two Outlook calendars - personal and shared (iCloud). When I created a shared entry it would end up in the personal calendar on the phone. MPE was following the "Add new events to" setting, which was set to personal. If I set it to Shared then my personal events ended up in Shared.

In the Settings for Outlook, before the allocations are made, this option is not obvious. I have been in IT for over forty years and I didn't spot it until I saw the screen shot. I would suggest making the two boxes on each calendar line more obvious with a dark outline, or some other way to make it obvious that something has to be added on the right side of each line.

This is huge for me because I actually sync these two calendars to my tablet, which syncs to Google, which syncs to my Android phone. The shared calendar is synced via iCloud for Windows to iCloud to my lady who has an iPhone. The path a new event she makes is:

iPhone > iCloud > iCloud Windows > Outlook Shared calendar > MPE > Android tablet > Google > Android phone

Now to find some clients who want this functionality so I can turn the many hours I've spent on learning this into some income!
