I get the same thing. I have a HTC Desire X. The only app that I can think of that could interfere with SMS sending is AutoSMS.

Same issue - Samsung Galaxy S4

I've added the line

NeverCreateDuplicatesInMessageArchive=1

to both recommended locations but it hasn't made any difference. I also have AutoSMS, otherwise no SMS-related software.

I have installed the version in the link you have supplied. The error is still the same. I also have a general.ini file that contains:

Code: Alles auswählen

NeverCreateDuplicatesInMessageArchive=1
<EMPTY LINE HERE>
at C:\Users\my_username\Application Data\MyPhoneExplorer.

Unfortunately it still does happen (although I get the feeling that it happens less often, but it may just be my imagination ;)).

This bug is making me crazy :(
Is there any pattern which messages MyPhoneExplorer doe sdetect always as "deleted" ?

I have no idea, the only thing I know is that it pops up when I sync all messages.
