Hi All
1st time here.
Loaded the software last night and looking through Outlook on my laptop this morning I see all the addresses have been removed, names, phone and email addresses still remain.
On my Samsung s4 running Android 4.3, all the addresses still remain. I cannot get the addresses to show on MyPhoneExplorer, although the address column is there
Question: how do I get the phone address book to fully update my laptop Outlook addresses
Its a isue related to the update to Android 4.3, i am currently searching for the reason. Please edit the contact-note of such contact in the phone and then sync the phonebook so i can see what is transferred to MyPhoneExplorer on the PC. After you synced please post the logfile here.
