USB connect not established

I can't connect via USB. Thread on this? Log file below.

- When you plug in the phone choose 'Charge only'
OPTIONS DON'T APPEAR WHEN I PLUG IN THE PHONE

- Ensure that 'USB debugging' is enabled on phone (Settings-Applications-Development or Settings-Developer options)
YES, I DID THIS

- Ensure that the Debug-Interface-Drivers for your phone are installed (ADB-Drivers)
I DON'T UNDERSTAND. INSTALLED ON PC OR PHONE? HOW GET/INSTALL?

ADB drivers must be installed on your PC. Try universal ADB drivers from here: http://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20397

thank you. i found/installed adb drivers. sync accomplished.
drivers peculiar for my phone (best option, better than generic) were nicely hidden on a virtual cd, deep within the directory structure of the phone's software. user friendly gui has never been the hallmark of the far eastern mind.
