A couple of separate issues.
1. The desktop software disconnect from the phone continuously - It seems to happen when the computer has been idle but I'm not sure.
When I notice that it has been disconnected, I hit 'Connect' and I get an error message saying it is unable to connect to phone. I have to restart the app on my phone to establish a connection again.
2. USB connection does not work (I connect via WiFi instead). I get a message saying it can't find phone or No Device Attached To USB.
3. Control Phone does not work for me - I get 'No Device Attached To USB' (might be related to problem #2)
I searched the forum prior to posting and have not found a solution.
USB debugging is on
I checked my firewall and it is not blocking the software
I have updated the software and the app
I have restarted everything
Please advise,
Thank you!

- then it works - once at least !
using Sony Xperia Pro with ICS and tried with Vista and Win 7 (64)
1. This is a known issue. If the connection is just "lost" then it can happen that the client on the phone still thinks he is connected and cause of this you cannot connect again. I check if i can implement a explicit disconnect when the PC goes in idle mode
2, 3. You did not install the "ADB Drivers" for your phone, you should see also a missing driver in the windows device manager

Thanks for the response.
1. Could you please clarify? I don't understand what you mean by checking if I can implement an explicit disconnect when the PC goes in idle mode.'
If this is a known issue, is there a solution for it or no?
2. I wasn't aware I had to install anything other then the app and the desktop software. Could you explain what ADB drivers are and where I can download them? I searched on this site for my phone and could not find anything - I have an LG Optimus m+
EDIT #2 - found the ADB drivers (was a bit of a task for MS695) and Control Phone is working. Thanks!
Thanks,
