Software works on desktop but not laptop

Hello,

I use this software frequently on my desktop but I can't get it to work on my laptop. I do everything exactly the same, using the same phone but it just won't work. I am using the same version of windows and everything.

You have to install the ADB-Drivers for your phone on the laptop. If i would know which device you are using then i could give you a link where you can find the drivers

I am using a Galaxy Nexus (Australia)

They are included in Samsung KIES, launch the setup of KIES and after the drivers are installed you can cancel the setup
