Connect using Bluetooth - PING-SMS

Hi,
I have a A8 Chinese dual sim Android 2.2.1, and I am not able to connect through bluethooth, it does not open the serial port.
Connects using the Wireless as well, but the PING-SMS does not work, neither option appears, and I really wanted this option.

Cause Bluetooth: Please read the FAQ first. And cause Ping-SMS: Some phones does allow to send Raw-SMS and some phones do not. Its a internal diffrence. If MyPhoneExplorer does not show the button then its not possible

And I can change something in the system android, to add this function.
this function is very important to me.

AFAIK you cannot change it, but for further research: the used method is called "sendRawPdu". If this API can be called by MyPhoneExplorer then the Ping-SMS Button will appear
