Error sending sms with more than 150 chars

MPE on my PC is version 1.8.0 (newest available).

MPE on my phone is 1.0.7 Beta 17

Phone Is HTC Legend with Android 2.2..
PC is Windows 7, 64 bits.

I have just updated software on PC. Now I am back to the error, where I can't send a SMS which expands over 2 or more.

What am I doing wrong now?

There is something completly wrong with this version.

Every other time I cant retrieve any SMSes from the phone, eventhough there is SMSes on the phone.

I uninstalled everything on my PC.
I cleaned all folders, restarted and reinstalled version 1.8.0.

I changed client on phone to version 1.0.6.

Now it all works, excepts I cant send a SMS if it is more than one SMS

I am experiencing a similar problem.
My phone is HTC Wildfire running Android 2.2.1. connected via WiFi.
The MPE version I have is 1.8.

Its a known problem which will be fixed with the next update

Me too........... but, in my case MPE tells me the message has failed sending, the SMS also does NOT show on my phone in sent items, BUT the texts HAVE gone. I just tried to send a text with 165 characters and made 6 attempts, which according to MPE all failed to send, but all 6 arrived at their destination intact.

Have you checked to see if your messages have actually arrived at all? not sure if we're experiencing the same issue.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue.

"Error" or "Network does not respond".

But the SMS is sent.

It appears, if a large SMS is longer than 2 SMS, sometimes, if a SMS is longer than one SMS.

Android 2.2, HTC Desire.

oh!When I first found this software, I thought it was wonderful; but now I have to say there is a big problem with getting SMSes from my SE w595. What's more, whenever I try to run MPE1.80, my Auto CAD2007will also automatically run.

Hope dear programmer will improve this software!
