w580i - need help!

I just downloaded MyPhoneExplorer version 1.8
and I can't get my phone and the program to connect together...

I follow the steps and choose "Phone Mode" already but there's still an error saying "No device found!" I don't know what to do

Install the drivers for your phone. They are included in the PC-Suite
