Not Connecting

This program is not finding my phone. I'm sure it is something simple. Can anyone help. I have an EVO. I downloaded the program on the computer and the client on my phone. I can't connect from either side. The USB is plugged in and I have tried it on Charge Only, and Disk Drive settings. The USB Debugging is on. The USB is also charging so I know it is connected.

I had the same problem tonight but then I noticed the phone wasn't working as a disc drive either. I plugged the phone out of the USB and back in and all was back to normal.
