MPE runs once on PC, then never again...red X

win7 ult 32bit, plenty of ram and hdd space.

I install it, run it, and sync with my phone, and am stoked! But then I turn it off, start it again...and it shows the splash screen for a few seconds and exits. There's a red X in the taskbar, but when I move the mouse over it that disappears.

If I re-install, the exact thing happens again...runs once, then never again.

This is an awesome program...can't wait until it works all the time! :-)

The contents of the debug.txt file are as follows:

No problem, please also send a false-alert report to AVG so that they have to remove the detection-rule for this valid file
