MyPhoneExplorer Crash ?

Hi,
Did MyPhoneExplorer 1.7.1 crash? When I opened it there were no entries in any of the fields. Just a blank space in each field.
I upgraded by downloading MPE 1.7.3 and the result is the same, only blank spaces.
I have restarted my computer inbetween.
Does anyone have some good advice to offer so that I can retrieve my data?

Maybe the datafolder get lost, which list you are missing ? Contacts, Appointments, SMS or all of them ?

All of them, there is no information to be found whatsoever.

When you saw the data the last time ? Did you uninstall something inbetween ? Did you create a new windows-user or did you delete some folders ?

The default data-location for MyPhoneExplorer is %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer

Q1: When you saw the data the last time ?
A1:
1. August 26 or August 27 I tried to open MPE. I was partly successful meaning that I could see information in at least one of the "sections" but I couldn't access it. I had my K800i connected to my computer but I couldn't synchronize the phone with MPE
2. August 17 I sent a long SMS-message using MPE so at that time it worked.

Q2: Did you uninstall something inbetween ?
A2:
Depends what you mean with "something". I didn't uninstall anything related to MPE. I had some problems with my mobile broadband SW, which I unisntalled and reinstalled. As I wrote earlier I have now upgraded to MPE 1.7.3 from MPE 1.7.1.

Q3: Did you create a new windows-user or did you delete some folders ?
A3:
I didn't create any new windows-user and I did not delete any folders.

Tomorrow my son will visit me . He will help me to search for the folders of MPE. I will send the result to you.

Hmm - the folderlocation is also OK. Maybe MPE forgot which was the last used profile. Normally MPE shows after startup in the statusbar on Tbottom: "User loaded: Username". Please take a look at Menu-File-Users... in MyPhoneExplorer. How many submenuitems you see there ? If there is an entry which depends to your phone -> select it.

When I try to access the menu File-Users I get no information. In order to provide you with detiled information I have made a few screen dumps showing some of the screens I retrieve from MPE after having opened it.

Would a solution to my problems be to deinstall MPE and download MPE again? I have made a back-up of all the dat-files.
