Hi all,
Ive recently upgraded to the SE C905 which uses auto rotation when taking photos, ie. the photo always appears the right way up. When syncronising with MPE the photo orientation is not applied and photos are all saved in landscape. If i rotate the photo manually within windows then MPE assumes the photo has been removed and tries to re-sync it, i therefore end up with 2 versions of the same photo DSC00015.jpg and DSC00015(1).jpg.
Does anyone know of a way round this?
Thanks, Sam
Photo Sync Orientation (C905)
The sense of a Sync is to keep two storages synced. If you edit the photo in Windows then the file has changed and the storages are no more eqal, cause of this MPE saves a fresh copy of the phone on the PC.
MyPhoneExplorer loads the file from the phone in the same way as its saved on the phone. maybe the photo-viewer on the C905 has advanced features to detect the rotation, but even if he does this then the photo-file is still the same on the phone. When syncronising with MPE the photo orientation is not applied and photos are all saved in landscape.
