Does myphone explorer conflicts with Autocad 2007 ?

Hi , i love myphone explorer its so much practical and useful than PcSuit ,, i downloaded the latests version 1.7 after i restarted my laptop every time i wanna start the myphone explorer i get window asking where is Acad.msi ? then when i put it it runs after a while but it wont connect to my phone ? wht can i do pls ?
