Automatic Photo Sync

I could not find anything on this subject so here goes.

Is there a way to automate the synchronization of photos when connected?

I would like for my photos to automatically synchronize with my PC.

Also is there a way to automatically connect when in range?

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible with Wi-Fi since Android 8.

Automatic startup of Multisync, including photo sync, is possible as follows:
Automatic connection Multisync Sync when MPE starts
- MPE => F2 => Startup =>
- enable Connect on startup
- enable start Multi-sync
- enable MPE => F2 => Multi-sync => Sync photos
