connection problems

Hi,
I am found of My phone explorer but I have every day the same problem. When I want to connect it won't work and it says: can't connect com 9. When I reboot my laptop it works again. Is there an easier way to reconnect.

It depends on the drivers of or on your system and not on MyPhoneExplorer. The port must be registred in the system so it can be accessed. This works on your laptop not correct.

ok, but how and where can I fix that? I am working with XP.
I love this program and need it a lot but reboot everytime I want to sync is annoying.

How do you connect ? Via USB-Cable ?

yes, indeed via usb-cable.

thank you for helping me.
At this time it is working well on another usb-slot.
I don't know if it is because of that or because I just took out the vodafone datacard. As I just said it is working now. I was about to try with BT but if it works on cable,I keep it that way.
I put the vodafone modem back and check what happens. I will keep you informed.

It worked for a while but when I opened Thunderbird it stopped working.
Now I am trieing with BT and it seems to work??
