My phone has been working flawlessly with your app for a long time. Recently it will not connect. I have pinged the phone from my PC and it is fine. I uninstalled the app on my phone and downloaded the app again from your website. It downloads as an .exe file. How do I install it? My phone returns a message asking what program to use to install the app. Before I uninstalled the app on my phone it would say at the top "waiting for connection" below that it says WiFI is active. I looked through the FAQ's but didn't find anything relevant. |

Then you didn't download the Android app (apk), but the counterpart (MPE Host) for Windows.
You need the .exe for Windows and the .apk for Android. |

Ich vermute mal, Du hast das Programm (MyPhoneExplorer_Setup_2.0.exe) für Windows runtergeladen ?!
Die App für das Handy ist eine APK-Datei => MyPhoneExplorer Client (*.apk).
Siehe auch => WLAN-Verbindungs-Probleme, e.v.t. hilft Dir das schon weiter. |
