I created a backup for my phone. The folder shows alot of bytes indcating there are items there, but when I try to restore the backup, it's shows no items found. Any idea what the issue could be?

Contacts, call lists, appointments, notes, SMS messages are saved in the Backup*.mpb file and can also be restored from there.
Files and applications are in the location you assigned them when you backed them up
