When I open up MPE and sync contacts the first time it works fine. But the second time I go to sync contacts it gives the following error message:
"We're sorry, but Microsoft has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Microsoft Office will need to be closed as a result. Would you like us to repair now?".
It then gives me the option to "Repair now" or "close". If I choose "Repair now", it closes the program, as does the "close" option obviously. This issue just started maybe 6 weeks ago.
Once I close MPE and re-open, then contacts sync works fine again for the first time. This syncing is not an issue when I sync text messages. It's only related to syncing contacts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

I just migrated computers, moving my Outlook PST files from Win7 + Outlook 2010 to Win10 + Outlook 2016, and just hit this problem too.
It looks like everytime I attempt to sync a second time any portion (contacts, calendar, ..), I get the error and need to restart.
Not an isolated case, I am afraid.
Heads up ??
